Have you wanted to learn how to waterbath can dill pickles but don't know where to start? Join us for this canning workshop where we will be canning pickles using the approved waterbath canning method. Once you've learnt how to can one recipe, the skills are transferable to all jams, jellies, syrups, relish, etc.
You will be able to take home at least one jar of pickles.
Cost is $10/person payable by cash or cheque. There is a limit of 12 people for this workshop. Please register at Community Health Services - 2948 Dunmore Road SE. Their hours are:

Masking is not required but is recommended. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or a member of your household is Covid positive. Your registration fee will be reimbursed in case of illness.
